SolutionOF.Tech is a static technical website for projects, notes, case studies and topics related to system administration, hosting and security.
3. Data that may be processed
- technical connection data such as IP address, request date and time, URL, server response code and user-agent;
- data voluntarily provided in e-mail correspondence;
- cookie preferences stored in the browser;
- analytics data, if the user consents to analytical cookies.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- operation and security of the website — legitimate interest of the controller;
- handling e-mail correspondence — taking action at the request of the contacting person or legitimate interest;
- statistics and website improvement — user consent, if analytical cookies are used.
5. Hosting and recipients
The website is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany. Technical data may be stored in server logs. The website uses Google Fonts, which may cause the browser to connect to Google servers to load the Michroma font.
6. Google Search Console and analytics
Google Search Console verification itself is not standard visitor analytics and does not require setting cookies on the user's device. If an analytics service is added later, it will be enabled after consent for analytical cookies.
7. No accounts, newsletter or comments
The website does not provide user accounts, comments or newsletter subscription. It does not include embedded content from external services.
8. Retention period
Technical logs are retained for the period necessary for security and diagnostics. E-mail correspondence is retained for the time required to handle the matter and protect possible claims. Cookie preferences remain in the browser until removed or changed.
9. User rights
You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
